Revo Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: September 15, 2026. If this translation differs from the Arabic version, the Arabic version prevails.

1) Acceptance

By using the Revo app, operated by Al-Hikma Net (الحكمة نت), you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2) Eligibility and account

• You must be 18 or older.
• Accounts are created with a Libyan phone number verified by a code sent to you; one account per number.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for activity on your device and number.

3) The service

Revo is a platform that connects riders with approved drivers for trips within the service areas shown in the app. A driver may not be available at every time or place.

4) Rides, fares, and payment

• Before you request a ride, the app shows an estimated fare based on the route and service type; the fare is fixed when the ride is created.
• Operations staff may adjust the fare only before the ride is assigned to a driver, and the change is shown in the app.
• Fares are paid in cash directly to the driver at the end of the ride. There is no in-app payment.
• There are currently no cancellation or waiting fees.

5) Cancellation

• Riders may cancel while a driver is being searched for, or after acceptance and before the driver arrives.
• Operations staff may cancel or reassign a ride for operational or safety reasons.

6) Driver terms

• Rides are offered only after your application is reviewed and approved; your documents must remain valid and accurate.
• You must share your real location while online and during rides; spoofed locations are prohibited.
• The platform earns a commission on each completed ride at the rate shown in the in-app commission statement.
• When unpaid commission reaches the limit shown in the commission statement, new rides are not offered until it is settled; an ongoing ride is not affected.
• Commission is settled with vouchers bought outside the app from the company or its authorized agents. Vouchers are single-use and expire. Vouchers are not sold inside the app.
• The commission statement balance exists only to settle platform commission; it cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.

7) Prohibited use

• Fraud, impersonation, or submitting false documents.
• Abuse, threats, or harassment of any user or staff member.
• Sharing, selling, or operating an account on behalf of someone else.
• Manipulating the app, fares, or location, or disrupting the service.

8) Suspension and termination

• We may suspend an account or a driver approval for breach of these terms or for safety reasons.
• You may delete your account at any time inside the app, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9) Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

10) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Libya.

11) Changes and contact
